Anthony Okyere is an extremely talented individual. At Newark Tech’s 8th Annual Fashion show his work adorned the stage giving it the true definition of A Night in Egypt: A Royal Runway. The senior class and the Parent Teacher Organization had hosted their fashion show Friday May 15, 2015. Starting off the show all the models had their grand entrance. The Models ripped the runway with the choreographed dance routine and walk. As the evening continued the designers including Newark Tech’s very own business teacher Ms. Sheena Chapman showcased their designs as the students modeled. With different shapes sizes and ethnic backgrounds Newark Tech Fashion show was not your ordinary show. 

 

Through out show and in between designer presentations there where performers that came out to spice things up in between designers and keep the audience on its feet. All in all the fashion show was a success. I can’t wait to see what next years fashion show will be like.  The event was also honored with the presence of  Ms. Sofia Davis of Fashion Avenue News Magazine, New York City www.fashionavenuenews.com.  Ms. Davis is also pictured with  Tyrone Chablis-Fashion Show Coordinator and Delores Wallace, Parent Coordinator and Fashion Production Manager.
