Symptoms of Dehydration

 

Did  you know that over half of the US children and teens are dehydrated. Children ages 4-8 need seven cups  of water a day; preteens and older children need at least nine to eleven.  Over 50  percent of U.S. high school students SIP three or fewer glasses of water a day and 40 percent say they SIP just one or two. Water fuels sharp thinking and emotional resiliency, helps your body get rid of waste products and can supporta healthy weight.
