It is called the Almond Berry Banana Yogurt Smoothie. For this recipe you will need:

 

4 large strawberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
3 ounces greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or almond milk)
12 raw almonds
3 ice cubes

 

The additional benefits of this smoothie include having more energy, fulfilling your appetite (it gives you satiety so you won’t even need dinner later on), helping with weight loss, and please your taste buds. This is due to all of the fiber from the fruits and nuts.

Smoothies are a fun way to get the nutritional benefits from your fruits and vegetables. In this article it was substituted for greek yogurt and unsweetened coconut/almond milk. However, if you are Vegan, then opt for the soy ingredients. Just be sure to get it organic because soy ingredients are GMO unless they are otherwise confirmed as organic.
